This Beat Lease Agreement grants you a non-exclusive license to use the purchased instrumental beat for commercial and non-commercial purposes. You may distribute up to 100,000 streams across all digital platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, etc.), sell up to 5,000 copies in physical or digital format, and perform the composition at unlimited non-profit shows and up to 5 for-profit performances.

You must credit the producer as "Produced by [Aron Ra]" in all releases, metadata, and promotional materials. The producer retains 100% ownership of the original beat and may continue to license it to other artists. You are responsible for clearing any samples used in the beat and agree to indemnify the producer against any claims arising from your use of the beat.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia and constitutes the entire agreement between parties. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the license and potential legal action.
